Delete your account

HorseNormal is operated by Nylundmedia Inc. You can delete your account and associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what is removed.

Delete in the app (fastest)

This permanently deletes your account and data right away:

• Mobile (iOS / Android). Open the menu on the dashboard, choose Delete account, and confirm.
• Web. Go to Settings at app.horsenormal.com, choose Delete account, and confirm.

You'll be signed out once deletion completes. If you want a copy of your records first, use Export in Settings before deleting — your data is not recoverable afterward.

Request deletion by email

If you can't sign in, email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request." We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before we delete it. We action verified requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data and the content you created, including:

• Your account profile and login identity (name, email, credentials).
• Your horse profiles, baselines, daily health observations, weight logs, medications, and notes.
• Photos you uploaded and the vet summaries you generated (and any share links to them stop working).

What we may retain

We may keep a limited amount of information where the law requires it — for example, billing and tax records for subscriptions, and basic security logs — and only for as long as needed to meet those obligations. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are managed by those stores; deleting your account does not cancel an active store subscription, so cancel it in your store account settings to stop future charges.
